These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services of Saigon Village (Auf dem Kreuz 19, 86152 Augsburg), in particular for reservations, event bookings, and other hospitality services offered on this website.
§ 2 Reservations
Table reservations are made either via the online booking system or by phone. A reservation constitutes a binding agreement between the guest and Saigon Village. We kindly ask guests to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to honour a reservation.
§ 3 Events & Group Bookings
For events and group bookings of 8 or more guests, a separate agreement is required. A deposit of up to 50% of the estimated total may be requested. In case of cancellation, the following applies: free cancellation up to 7 days before the event; 50% of the deposit will be retained for cancellations within 7 days; the full deposit will be retained for no-shows.
§ 4 Prices & Payment
All prices shown are in Euro and include the applicable value-added tax. Payment is due upon receipt of the service. We accept cash and all common card payments.
§ 5 Liability
Saigon Village is liable for damages in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless it concerns injury to life, limb, or health. Liability for loss of items brought by guests is governed by §§ 701 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
§ 6 House Rules
Guests are requested to dress appropriately (smart casual minimum) and to treat staff and other guests with respect. The management reserves the right to refuse service or to ask guests to leave if house rules are violated.
§ 7 Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Augsburg, insofar as legally permissible.
